Transport to Crete

The Aquis Arina Sand Resort Hotel , located on a long sandy beach, is situated in the area of Kokkini Hani and in distance of only 12 km to Heraklion City Center and 8 km to the airport. Therefore, we recommend that you fly to Heraklion, the airport Nikos Kazantzakis ( Airport Code: HER).

Heraklion has 8-10 direct flights per day from Athens (ATH) and the duration of the flight is 35 minutes. 2-4 direct flights daily are from Thesaloniki (SKG). As the school is at the end of the summer vacation period there are also frequent charter flights from most major European cities. We recommend checking both scheduled and chartered options.

Transport to the School Venue

The Venue is approximately 8 km to the airport .

If you wish to book a private taxi transfer in advance this can be booked through Panhellas – Rate Euro 25,00 per taxi per way (up to max 3 pax because of the luggage) please contact Mrs. Manuela Drape Stathoglou ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
